The Department of Social Science opened its doors for students in the academic year 2016-2017. It is part of the College of Basic Education and it was opened to serve teachers from the Ministry of Education and parallel system. In its first year, the Department admitted 80 students. Graduates will be granted a Bachelor degree in Social Science.
